Before you book

- Every treatment is assessed face to face first. Nothing is agreed over a message.
- Some of these treatments use prescription medicines, so a prescriber has to see you and decide they are appropriate. That is not a step we can skip.
- We will tell you if treatment is not right for you, or if what you are asking for will not achieve what you want.
- You are given aftercare instructions and a number to call if you are worried about anything afterwards.
Is the £40 refundable?
It comes off the cost of your treatment if you go ahead. If you decide not to proceed, it covers the clinical time of the assessment and is not refunded. Let us know at least 48 hours beforehand if you need to rearrange and we will move it.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Sometimes, but never as a promise. It depends what you need, whether a prescription is required, and whether your clinician is satisfied it is appropriate. Being told to wait is a good sign, not a bad one.
Will it look obvious?
Not if it is done well and you are advised honestly. The aim is that people notice you look well rather than noticing what you have had done. If you ask for something we think will look overdone, we will say so.
What if I do not like the result?
Come back and tell us. Filler can be dissolved and anti wrinkle treatment wears off on its own. A review is part of how we work.
