To ensure we provide the best possible care and prepare for your appointment, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the appointment type.
Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to reschedule or amend your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for consultations and examinations, and one week in advance for any treatment appointments.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than the required notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
You may reschedule your appointment; however, a new deposit will be required to secure the new booking.
Arrival time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for any necessary paperwork before your appointment.
