To ensure we provide the best possible care and prepare for your appointment, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies depending on the treatment.
Rescheduling & cancellations
If you need to reschedule or amend your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours in advance for standard treatments or one week for larger treatments (such as dental implants or sedation).
Cancellations and reschedules made less than 48 hours before the appointment (or less than a week for larger procedures) will result in the loss of your deposit.
You may reschedule your appointment, but a new deposit will be required to secure the booking.
Arrival time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork before your appointment.
