The guarantee depends on attending an annual review, keeping to your agreed hygiene interval, wearing a nightguard where one is prescribed, and reporting any problem promptly. It does not cover accidental trauma, misuse, normal wear, or implant failure associated with smoking. Full terms are given in writing before you consent to treatment.

Questions
No. Your fixed bridge is fitted at the same appointment as your implants, so you leave with a full arch of teeth on the day of surgery. That bridge is later replaced with your definitive restoration once everything has healed.
The surgery is the same standard across all three, and so is the five year implant guarantee. What changes is the material of your final bridge, how much aesthetic detail goes into it, and how long that bridge is covered for. AOX uses a printed bridge, AOX+ uses high strength PMMA over a titanium base, and AOX PRO uses zirconia over a titanium base.
PMMA is a high strength dental acrylic, used for the final bridge on AOX+. It is bonded over a titanium base, which gives it the strength, and the acrylic itself is what gets shaped and polished to look like natural teeth. Its advantage over zirconia is that it can be repaired or adjusted rather than remade, and it is lighter. Zirconia, used on AOX PRO, is harder wearing and holds finer detail in the shade and surface texture.
A minimum of four per arch. On AOX PRO we place six where it is clinically possible, because more support generally means a better long term result. Your clinician will confirm the number after imaging and a bone assessment.
Yes. From AOX you can move to a titanium base bridge, and from AOX+ you can move to a zirconia wrap. Because we keep a full digital archive of your case, an upgrade or a remake works from your existing records rather than starting from scratch.
Local anaesthetic is used throughout, so you should not feel pain during surgery. Afterwards you can expect some soreness and swelling for a few days, which most people manage with over the counter pain relief. Sedation is available if you are anxious about the procedure.
Finance is provided through Tabeo, for amounts up to £30,000 over 12 to 60 months. The application takes about two minutes and runs a soft credit check, so an unsuccessful application will not affect your credit score. The first payment is taken upfront and there is no fee for repaying early.
Missing your annual review, not keeping to your agreed hygiene interval, not wearing a prescribed nightguard, continuing to eat on a loose or cracked bridge, smoking within the advised period, or having the bridge altered elsewhere. Everything is set out in writing before you consent, so there are no surprises later.
