Dream Smiles Dental Named Best Dental Practice UK 2025
On Friday 21 November at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, Dream Smiles Dental achieved something extraordinary. Just 10 months after opening our doors on 16 January 2025, we were named Best Dental Practice UK at the Private Dentistry Awards 2025. We also received Best Dental Practice North, Best New Practice and Best Practice Brand and Design.

This achievement places Dream Smiles Dental among the youngest dental practices ever to win the top national title.
A Bolton born story of passion vision and patient care
Dream Smiles Dental was founded by Principal Dentist Dr Naveed Patel, who grew up in Bolton before training in London and working in major cities including London and Manchester. You can learn more about Dr Naveed Patel here.
His vision was simple. To bring world class dentistry back to his hometown delivered with care compassion and a personal touch that supports patients from the moment they walk in. Our approach is centred around thoughtful dentistry where every part of the journey feels warm human and reassuring.
A culture rooted in mentorship learning and patient centred care
Our team culture is built on continuous learning collaboration and a shared commitment to excellent patient care. We focus on clear communication empathy and supporting every patient from consultation through to aftercare. Team development regular training and open communication help us maintain a standard of care grounded in genuine connection.
A community first dental clinic
Community has been at the heart of Dream Smiles Dental from day one. This year we became Bolton’s only permanent food donation hub through our work with Crescent Food Bank which you can read about here: Ramadan Donation Drive.
We also fulfilled hundreds of local children’s Eid wishes through our Toy Drive which you can read here: Eid Toy Drive.
We supported families through charity initiatives and launched a Christmas Toy Collection for Derian House Children’s Hospice. Dr Naveed Patel also ran the 2025 Berlin Marathon to raise funds for global orphan support. Giving back is deeply woven into who we are and will continue to grow as our practice grows.
