Dream Smiles Dental Named Best Dental Practice UK 2025
On Friday 21 November, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House in London, Dream Smiles Dental achieved something extraordinary. Just 10 months after opening our doors on 16 January 2025, we won Best Dental Practice UK at the Private Dentistry Awards 2025. We also won Best Dental Practice North, Best New Practice, and Best Practice Brand and Design.

This result places Dream Smiles Dental among the youngest practices to win the top national title. Even more importantly, it highlights what can happen when a team commits to high standards and genuine care.
A Bolton-born story of passion, vision, and patient care
Principal Dentist Dr Naveed Patel founded Dream Smiles Dental. He grew up in Bolton, trained in London, and then gained experience in major cities including London and Manchester. You can learn more about Dr Naveed Patel here.
His goal was simple: bring world-class dentistry back to his hometown. At the same time, he wanted every patient to feel supported from the moment they walk in. That’s why we focus on thoughtful dentistry, clear communication, and a warm, reassuring experience at every stage.
A culture built on mentorship, learning, and patient-centred care
Our team culture thrives on continuous learning, collaboration, and shared values. For example, we prioritise empathy and plain-language explanations so patients feel confident in every decision. We also invest in regular training and open feedback, which helps us improve and maintain consistent care.
Because strong aftercare matters, we also support patients beyond treatment. As a result, patients know who to contact and what to expect at each step.
A community-first dental clinic
Community has shaped Dream Smiles Dental from day one. This year, we became Bolton’s only permanent food donation hub through our work with Crescent Food Bank. You can read more here: Ramadan Donation Drive.
We also fulfilled hundreds of local children’s Eid wishes through our Toy Drive. You can read more here: Eid Toy Drive.
In addition, we supported families through charity initiatives and launched a Christmas Toy Collection for Derian House Children’s Hospice. Dr Naveed Patel also ran the 2025 Berlin Marathon to raise funds for global orphan support. Ultimately, giving back sits at the heart of our practice and will continue to grow with us.
